Romford Town FFC is one of Essex's most ambitious and fast-growing football clubs — a community-first organisation offering football for all, from Under 7s right through to senior men's and women's teams, youth academies, JPL programmes, and full-time scholarship pathways.


As a fellow Havering-based business, Patrick Stephen Ltd understands the club's roots, its community, and the energy behind it. When Romford Town FFC needed a creative partner to bring their brand to the next level, we were proud to step in.


We worked across multiple disciplines to give the club a cohesive, professional identity — from graphic design and branding that reflects the gold and ambition of The Havering Royals, to a polished website that serves players, parents, and sponsors alike. Alongside this, our ongoing social media management ensures the club stays visible, active, and connected with its growing fanbase across Essex and beyond.

The Challenge

When the club came to Patrick Stephen Ltd ahead of their summer tournament, the challenge was clear: produce a high-quality, professional match day programme that reflected the ambition and identity of the club, did justice to the occasion, and gave players, families, and supporters something they'd genuinely want to hold on to.


For a community club, a tournament programme is more than just a schedule — it's a statement. It tells sponsors, parents, and the wider football community that Romford Town FFC means business, both on and off the pitch.

THE SOLUTION

Patrick Stephen Ltd designed a 12-page, full colour match day programme for the Romford Town Flyers FC Cup — a two-day summer tournament held at Westlands Playing Fields, Romford on 28th and 29th June 2025.


The programme was designed to work hard from cover to cover. Inside, we brought together team sheets and fixtures to keep supporters informed throughout the day, club profiles and photography to celebrate the players and teams involved, and sponsor advertisements laid out professionally to give the club's commercial partners the visibility they deserved.


The cover was designed to make an immediate impact — bold black and gold typography consistent with the club's identity, action photography from the pitch, and all the essential event details presented clearly and confidently. The kind of front page that sets the tone before a single game has been played.


Every page was crafted with the same attention to detail — clean layouts, consistent use of the club's colours, and a finish that felt genuinely premium. The kind of programme that wouldn't look out of place at a much higher level of the game.



Throughout the process, Patrick Stephen Ltd handled everything — design, layout, and print-ready artwork — giving the club one less thing to worry about and the confidence that the final product would be delivered on time and to a standard they'd be proud of.
